SCS Series
With a unique design using sturdy beveled aluminum stacks, the SCS Series of electric cylinders are suited for applications where available space might be an issue.
- Linear speed up to 2133 mm/s

High Speed
- Electric cylinders from the SCS Series can achieve high linear speed of up to 2133 mm/s.
High Precision
- A high positioning precision of 0.015mm can be reached, at any point of the stroke.
Total Control
- Speed, acceleration, deceleration, thrust as well as movement precision can be modified at any time with programming. Depending on the motorization chosen, infinite and quick movement parameters modification is now possible.
High Thrust
- SCORPION electric cylinders provide high thrust capacity, exceeding significantly the thrust capacity of pneumatic cylinders and in some cases matching the capacity of hydraulic cylinders. Depending on the selected model and its configuration, thrust capacity can be as high as 7000 kgf (68 kN).
Large Strokes
- Strokes of up to 1500mm can be achieved.

Low Maintenance
- SCORPION electric cylinders maintenance is truly minimal, requiring only a periodical lubrification of internal components.
Connectivity & 4.0
- The use of servomotors on electric cylinders allows for a full connectivity to other equipment of a defined environment, providing valuable real-time data sharing and acquisition for optimal management and planning (speed, overload, components wear, etc.).
Low Noise
- SCORPION electric cylinders’ operation generate a low noise level, significantly lower than pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders.
Motorization
- A wide range of motorization can be accommodated. A motor adaptor is supplied for the motorization chosen by the client.
Simple
- Thanks to a well thought design, the installation and set up of SCORPION electric cylinders is simple and easy.
Space
- Electric cylinders use limited floor space in comparison with complete systems required for the operation of pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders.
Anti-rotation
- Internal design of SCS Series ensures that the rod end is never rotating during motion.
